Welcome to Bingi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bingi app and bingi.me (the "Service"), operated by Marigold ONE11 ("Bingi", "we", "us"), Omaha, Nebraska, USA. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Bingi tells you which streaming services you actually need each month based on what you watch, and helps you cancel and resubscribe at the right time. A free tier offers a watchlist, release calendar, and where-to-watch lookup. Paid tiers (Bingi Plus and Bingi Pro) add the Optimal Stack plan, timed toggle reminders, and related features. The Service is currently available only to users in the United States, 18 years or older.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@bingi.me if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Bingi Plus and Bingi Pro are paid subscriptions sold on the web and processed by Stripe. Current prices, billing periods, and any trial terms are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as you choose) at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel. We disclose the auto-renewal terms and obtain your consent at checkout.
- Price changes. If we change subscription prices, we will give you advance notice before the new price applies to you. Founding members keep their price-locked rate as described in the founding offer.
- Payment. Bingi does not receive or store your full card details; Stripe processes and stores your payment information under its own terms.
4. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel anytime — from within the app, or through the Stripe billing portal linked in the app. Cancellation is as easy as signing up; you never have to call or chat with anyone to cancel.
Refund policy: When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time. We may, at our discretion, grant a refund as a courtesy.
5. Savings estimates
Bingi shows estimated savings based on the prices and usage you provide and on third-party data. These figures are estimates, not guarantees. Your actual savings depend on your own choices, the services' prices and terms, and factors outside our control. Bingi is a planning and reminder tool; the decision to cancel or resubscribe to any service is always yours, and Bingi does not provide financial advice.
6. Third-party data & services
Bingi uses catalog and availability data from TMDB and the Streaming Availability API by Movie of the Night. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability data is provided by the Streaming Availability API by Movie of the Night. Prices, release dates, and availability change constantly and may be inaccurate or out of date; we work to keep them current but do not warrant their accuracy.
Bingi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any streaming service. When Bingi links you to a service's own cancel or signup page, you interact with that service under its terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their prices, their content, or their cancellation processes.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including by attempting to breach security, access others' accounts, scrape or resell our data, interfere with the Service, or use it unlawfully. We do not automate logins to streaming services on your behalf or store their credentials.
8. Termination
You may stop using Bingi and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm Bingi or others. If we terminate your account without cause while you hold a paid subscription, you may be entitled to a prorated refund of the unused prepaid period.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate or recommendation will produce a particular result.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bingi and Marigold ONE11 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost savings, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty U.S. dollars ($20). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@bingi.me so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Bingi evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
